Job summary

Via Logic LLC is seeking a Mid-Level ServiceNow Developer for a remote-first role, primarily within the U.S. You will design, develop, configure, and deploy ServiceNow applications, integrate external systems, and support CI/CD processes across environments.

The position requires 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, a CIS certification, and strong scripting ability. You’ll collaborate with architects, analysts, and stakeholders to translate business needs into secure, scalable ServiceNow

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience developing on the ServiceNow platform.
• At least one CIS certification.
• Hands-on ServiceNow development: design, configuration, deployment.
• Experience developing ServiceNow integrations with external systems.
• Familiarity with ITSM and scoped applications development.
• CI/CD experience in ServiceNow environments.
• Strong scripting (JavaScript) and related ServiceNow technologies.
• Excellent client-facing communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in Agile and DevSecOps delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and deploy custom ServiceNow applications and solutions.
• Create scoped applications, Service Catalog items, and Flow Designer workflows.
• Develop locally developed applications (LDAs) using best practices.
• Lead and support integrations between ServiceNow and external systems.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and deployments across environments.
• Collaborate with architects, analysts, and stakeholders to map requirements to capabilities.
• Participate in code reviews, proofs of concept, and product demonstrations.
• Troubleshoot coding, scripting, and configuration tasks of moderate to high complexity.
• Provide guidance to citizen developers and team members.
