Job summary

Via Logic LLC is seeking a Mid-Level ServiceNow Developer for remote work within the United States. You will design, develop, and deploy ServiceNow applications, including scoped apps, integrations, and workflows, while collaborating with architects, analysts, and stakeholders.

The role emphasizes CI/CD, code reviews, and best practices, with eligibility for USCIS programs and a U.S. Public Trust clearance requirement. A CIS certification and a bachelor’s in CS or related field are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience developing solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• At least one current ServiceNow CIS certification.
• Experience with ServiceNow ITSM and scoped applications.
• Experience developing and supporting ServiceNow integrations with external systems.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployments in ServiceNow.
• Strong scripting in JavaScript and related ServiceNow development technologies.
• Excellent client-facing communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in Agile, cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and deploy custom ServiceNow applications and solutions.
• Create and configure scoped apps, Service Catalog items, and Flow Designer workflows.
• Develop locally developed applications (LDAs) following best practices.
• Lead and support integrations between ServiceNow and external systems.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and deployments across environments.
• Collaborate with architects, analysts, and stakeholders to map requirements to capabilities.
• Participate in code reviews, proofs of concept, and product demonstrations.
• Troubleshoot and configure ServiceNow solutions of moderate to high complexity.
• Mentor citizen developers and team members in ServiceNow ecosystem.
• Support platform administration and deployment of USCIS systems as required.
