Job summary

Via Logic LLC is seeking a Mid-Level ServiceNow Developer for a remote, U.S.-based role with preference for several states. You will design, develop, and deploy ServiceNow solutions, integrate with external systems, and support CI/CD within a federal contract context helping USCIS programs.

The role emphasizes collaboration with architects, analysts, and client stakeholders, and requires at least 3 years of ServiceNow experience and a CIS certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience developing solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• At least one current ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification.
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations with external systems.
• Experience with ITSM and scoped applications.
• Experience supporting CI/CD pipelines in a ServiceNow environment.
• Strong client-facing communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in Agile, cross-functional development teams.

Responsibilities

• ServiceNow Development: Design, develop, configure, and deploy custom applications and solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
• Scoped Applications & Workflow Automation: Create and configure scoped applications, Service Catalog items, Flow Designer workflows, and other platform-based solutions that support client needs.
• Custom Application Development: Support the design and development of locally developed applications using ServiceNow development best practices.
• Integrations: Lead and support integrations between ServiceNow and external systems, ensuring reliable data exchange and platform functionality.
• CI/CD & Deployment: Support the movement of ServiceNow components through CI/CD pipelines and across development environments.
• Technical Collaboration: Work closely with ServiceNow architects, developers, analysts, and stakeholders to map business requirements and services to appropriate ServiceNow capabilities.
• Code Reviews & Demonstrations: Participate in code reviews, proofs of concept, technical discussions, and product demonstrations.
• Troubleshooting & Configuration: Perform troubleshooting, coding, scripting, and ServiceNow configuration activities of moderate to high complexity.
• Citizen Developer Support: Provide guidance and mentorship to citizen developers and other team members working within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
• Platform Administration: Support the administration, deployment, and management of USCIS systems and PaaS, SaaS, and IaaS platforms as required using authorized privileged access.
