Job summary

Via Logic LLC is seeking a Mid-Level ServiceNow Developer for a remote role with US-based preference. The candidate will design, develop, and deploy ServiceNow applications, integrations, and workflows, while collaborating with architects, analysts, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.

The role emphasizes CI/CD practices, secure coding, and adherence to enterprise best practices within federal program contexts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience developing solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• At least one current ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification.
• Hands-on experience designing, developing, configuring, and deploying ServiceNow applications.
• Experience developing and supporting ServiceNow integrations with external systems.
• Experience with ITSM and scoped applications on ServiceNow.
• Experience supporting CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes within ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and deploy custom ServiceNow applications and solutions.
• Create and configure scoped apps, Service Catalog items, and Flow Designer workflows.
• Develop locally developed applications (LDAs) following best practices.
• Lead and support integrations between ServiceNow and external systems.
• Support CI/CD movements across environments and deployments.
• Collaborate with architects, analysts, and stakeholders to map requirements to ServiceNow capabilities.
• Perform troubleshooting, scripting, and configuration activities of moderate to high complexity.
