Job summary

Via Logic LLC is seeking a Mid-Level ServiceNow Developer to design, build, and integrate scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform. This remote-first role favors candidates located in the U.S.

and aligns with DHS-focused missions, offering opportunities to impact mission-critical systems while expanding your ServiceNow expertise. You will collaborate with architects, developers, analysts, and stakeholders to translate requirements into secure, maintainable solutions, participate in CI/CD

Qualifications

• 3+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Hands-on design, development, configuration, and deployment of ServiceNow apps.
• Experience with ITSM capabilities and scoped apps.
• Experience building integrations with external systems.
• Strong scripting and development abilities in JavaScript.
• Excellent communication and teamwork in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and deploy ServiceNow applications.
• Create scoped apps, Service Catalog items, and Flow Designer workflows.
• Develop locally developed applications using best practices.
• Lead and support integrations with external systems.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment across environments.
• Collaborate with architects, analysts, and stakeholders to map requirements.
• Participate in code reviews and product demonstrations.
• Troubleshoot configuration and coding issues on the ServiceNow platform.
• Mentor citizen developers and team members.
• Assist in platform administration and deployment across DHS-related systems.
