Job summary

Via Logic LLC is seeking a Mid-Level ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and deploy custom ServiceNow applications across the platform. You will work with architects, analysts, and clients to translate requirements into scalable, secure solutions.

The role emphasizes CI/CD, code reviews, and collaboration in a remote, U.S.-friendly environment, with a focus on ITSM, scoped apps, and integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience developing solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• At least one current ServiceNow CIS certification.
• Experience designing, developing, configuring, and deploying ServiceNow applications and platform solutions.
• Experience developing and supporting ServiceNow integrations with external systems.
• Experience with ITSM capabilities and scoped application development.
• Strong scripting and development skills in JavaScript and related ServiceNow technologies.
• Excellent client-facing communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and deploy custom ServiceNow applications and solutions.
• Create and configure scoped applications and Service Catalog items.
• Lead integrations between ServiceNow and external systems.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment across environments.
• Collaborate with architects, analysts, and stakeholders to translate requirements.
• Participate in code reviews, demonstrations, and technical discussions.
• Provide guidance to citizen developers and team members.
