Job summary

Cognizant Technology Solutions Corporation is seeking a Change and Enablement Lead to drive adoption of new ServiceNow processes and capabilities within a remote US-based role. You will partner with client teams and trainers to guide users from go-live through steady-state operations.

Responsibilities include leading change management, creating role-based guidance, and delivering Train-the-Trainer programs. Knowledge transfer and stakeholder collaboration are key to successful transitions.

Qualifications

• Experience leading change management, enablement, and user adoption for ServiceNow implementations.
• Proven ability to develop role-based process guidance and training materials, such as Quick Reference Guides.
• Experience designing and delivering Train-the-Trainer programs.
• Experience supporting operational transitions and knowledge transfer to client or support teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead change management and enablement activities that drive adoption of new ServiceNow processes.
• Create Quick Reference Guides and role-based process guidance tailored to each user group
• Design and deliver Train-the-Trainer sessions that prepare client trainers to scale learning across the organization
• Support the transition to operations through structured knowledge transfer and handover to client teams
• Partner with stakeholders to spot adoption gaps and adjust enablement materials and approach
