In this remote role, you will lead change management, design Train-the-Trainer programs, develop role-based guidance, and support knowledge transfer to client teams, ensuring smooth transitions and measurable

Qualifications

• Experience leading change management, enablement, and user adoption for ServiceNow implementations
• Proven ability to develop role-based process guidance and training materials (Quick Reference Guides)
• Experience designing and delivering Train-the-Trainer programs
• Experience supporting operational transitions and knowledge transfer to client or support teams

Responsibilities

• Lead change management and enablement activities that drive adoption of new ServiceNow processes and capabilities
• Create Quick Reference Guides and role-based process guidance tailored to each user group
• Design and deliver Train-the-Trainer sessions that prepare client trainers to scale learning across the organization
• Support the transition to operations through structured knowledge transfer and handover to client teams
• Partner with stakeholders to spot adoption gaps and adjust enablement materials and approach
