You will guide clients from go-live through steady-state operations, collaborating with business owners, trainers, and delivery teams.

Responsibilities include leading enablement efforts, creating guidance materials, and delivering Train-the-Trainer programs while coordinating with stakeholders to close adoption gaps and ensure

Qualifications

• Experience leading change management and enablement for large-scale projects.
• Ability to develop role-based process guidance and training materials.
• Experience designing and delivering Train-the-Trainer programs.
• Experience supporting knowledge transfer to client or support teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead change management and enablement activities that drive adoption of new ServiceNow processes and capabilities.
• Create Quick Reference Guides and role-based process guidance tailored to each user group.
• Design and deliver Train-the-Trainer sessions to scale learning across the organization.
• Support the transition to operations through structured knowledge transfer and handover to client teams.
• Partner with stakeholders to spot adoption gaps and adjust enablement materials and approach.
