Job summary

Cognizant Technology Solutions Corporation is seeking a Change and Enablement Lead to ensure new ServiceNow processes are understood, adopted, and sustained by users across client organizations. You will collaborate with business owners, trainers, and delivery teams from go-live through steady-state operations.

Responsibilities include driving adoption, creating role-based guides, and delivering Train-the-Trainer programs, with a focus on smooth operational handover and stakeholder-aligned

Qualifications

• Experience leading change management, enablement, and user adoption for ServiceNow implementations.
• Proven ability to develop role-based process guidance and training materials (e.g., Quick Reference Guides).
• Experience designing and delivering Train-the-Trainer programs.
• Experience supporting operational transitions and knowledge transfer to client teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead change management and enablement activities that drive adoption of new ServiceNow processes.
• Create Quick Reference Guides and role-based process guidance for each user group.
• Design and deliver Train-the-Trainer sessions to scale learning.
• Support the transition to operations through knowledge transfer and handover to client teams.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify adoption gaps and adjust enablement materials.
