Job summary

The Cognizant Technology Solutions Corporation is seeking a Change and Enablement Lead to drive adoption of new ServiceNow processes across client teams. You will guide users from go-live through steady-state operations with a focus on enablement, knowledge transfer, and scalable training programs.

You will design Train-the-Trainer sessions, create role-based guidance, and partner with stakeholders to close adoption gaps while maintaining a flexible remote work arrangement in the United States.

Qualifications

• Experience leading change management, enablement, and user adoption for ServiceNow implementations.
• Ability to develop role-based process guidance and training materials (e.g., Quick Reference Guides).
• Experience designing and delivering Train-the-Trainer programs.
• Experience with knowledge transfer and transitioning operations to client teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead change management and enablement activities to drive adoption of new ServiceNow processes.
• Create Quick Reference Guides and role-based process guidance for each user group.
• Design and deliver Train-the-Trainer sessions for scalable learning.
• Support the transition to operations through knowledge transfer and handover to client teams.
• Partner with stakeholders to spot adoption gaps and adjust enablement materials and approach.
