Job summary

Cognizant Technology Solutions Corporation seeks a Change and Enablement Lead to ensure new ServiceNow processes are understood, adopted, and sustained across client teams. You will guide users from go-live through steady-state operations, collaborating with business owners, trainers, and delivery teams.

You will design role-based guidance, deliver Train-the-Trainer programs, and drive knowledge transfer to client teams.

Qualifications

• Experience leading change management, enablement, and user adoption for ServiceNow implementations.
• Proven ability to develop role-based process guidance and training materials.
• Experience designing and delivering Train-the-Trainer programs.
• Experience supporting operational transitions and knowledge transfer to client or support teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead change management and enablement activities that drive adoption of new ServiceNow processes and capabilities.
• Create Quick Reference Guides and role-based process guidance tailored to each user group.
• Design and deliver Train-the-Trainer sessions that prepare client trainers to scale learning across the organization.
• Support the transition to operations through structured knowledge transfer and handover to client teams.
• Partner with stakeholders to spot adoption gaps and adjust enablement materials and approach.
