Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical field.
• 2+ years of related experience.
• Experience automating deployment, recovery, or related manual processes.
• Experience with multi-tier (n-tier) architectures.
• Experience with resilience modeling and simulating outages.

Responsibilities

• Understands requirements and contributes to service architecture and operability.
• Analyzes current delivery system to identify improvements and KPIs.
• Troubleshoots and engineers solutions to restore service with minimal disruption.
• Participates in disaster recovery drills and incident response when needed.
• Collects metrics to support service intelligence analysis and cost models.
