Job summary

Responsibilities

• Understands caregiver, business, and technical requirements for service components.
• Analyzes current service delivery to improve KPIs such as quality and cost.
• Troubleshoots and engineers solutions to restore service with minimal disruption.
• Participates in incident response and disaster recovery drills.
• Collects metrics to support service intelligence and cost models.
