Praxent is hiring a Senior Recruiter to own the toughest US technical requisitions and set the standard for market outreach. You will manage a full portfolio from intake through offer, leveraging data to optimize time-to-hire and candidate quality.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in technical recruiting in the US, are fluent in multi-channel outreach, and can write compelling outreach that senior engineers want to respond to. Remote position within the US with strong benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years recruiting technical roles end to end, US market.
• Ability to write outreach and communications ready for senior engineers.
• Fluency with LinkedIn Recruiter and multi-channel sequencing.
• Hands-on Greenhouse experience including CRM campaigns and reporting.
• Data literacy to read conversion/funnel data and defend decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own a full portfolio of US senior technical requisitions from intake to offer.
• Manage outreach channels based on data and defend channel choices.
• Partner with Hiring Managers to craft effective outreach that senior candidates respond to.
• Bring data before others; share updates and insights proactively.
• Maintain a clean Applicant Tracking System and campaign structure.
• Lead full-cycle recruiting for senior and principal engineering roles in the US.
