Job summary

Praxent is seeking a Senior Recruiter to own our hardest US technical requisitions and set the standard for how this team reaches the market. The roles are forward deployed and include AI engineers, technical directors, and delivery leaders, with a 35-day time-to-hire target.

Qualifications

Five+ years recruiting technical roles end to end in the US market.
Ability to write outreach, candidate communications and executive updates ready to send without revision.
Fluency with LinkedIn Recruiter, multi-channel sequencing, and channel judgment for sequence effectiveness.
Hands-on Greenhouse experience, including CRM campaigns, pools, scorecards and reporting.

Responsibilities

Own a full portfolio of US senior technical requisitions from intake through offer, maintaining time-to-hire under 35 days.
Own the Outreach and defend channel choices based on data.
Partner with Hiring Managers to write outreach that senior people respond to.
Run a clean ATS with Greenhouse hygiene, campaigns, pools and reporting.
Demonstrate data literacy by reading funnel data and turning it into defendable decisions.
