Job summary

Praxent is hiring a Senior Recruiter to own our hardest US technical requisitions and set the standard for how the team reaches the market. The role is forward deployed for AI engineers, technical directors, and delivery leaders, with a 35-day time-to-hire target and a focus on polished outreach that earns replies.

The position emphasizes hands-on crafting of candidate communications, data-driven decision making, and collaboration with VPs and practice leads.

Qualifications

• Five or more years recruiting technical roles end to end in the US market.
• Demonstrable ability to write outreach and executive updates ready to send.
• Fluency with LinkedIn Recruiter, multi-channel sequencing, and the judgment to know which channel earns its place in a flow.
• Hands-on Greenhouse experience, CRM campaigns, prospect pools, scorecards and reporting.
• Comfort running intake, calibration and difficult conversations with executives and practice leaders.
• Ability to read conversion and funnel data and turn it into a defendable decision.

Responsibilities

• Fill a full portfolio of US senior technical requisitions from hiring manager intake through offer, holding time-to-hire under 35 days.
• Write every outreach sequence and build campaigns in Greenhouse; defend channel choices based on data.
• Raise the bar by reviewing candidate and stakeholder communications for quality and coaching interviewers to ensure complete scorecards.
• Partner with VPs and practice leads for intake and calibration; when a decision is made, explain what was done.
• Use AI-native tooling to source, screen, and draft, and verify every word before it reaches a candidate.
