Job summary

Praxent is hiring a Senior Recruiter to own our hardest US technical requisitions and to set the standard for how this team reaches the market. The roles are forward deployed and applied AI engineers, technical directors, and delivery leaders, hired for our practices that are growing fast on the back of our Anthropic and Microsoft partnerships.

You’ll carry a full portfolio against a 35-day time-to-hire, and you’ll write the outreach that gets those candidates to answer.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting in the US.
• Ability to write effective outreach and executive updates.
• Fluency with LinkedIn Recruiter and multi-channel sequencing.
• Hands-on experience with Greenhouse ATS.
• Strong data literacy and ability to interpret funnel data.

Responsibilities

• Own a full portfolio of US senior technical requisitions.
• Write outreach that senior candidates respond to.
• Partner with hiring managers and provide data-driven updates.
• Manage a clean ATS and campaign structure.
• Maintain time-to-hire targets (35 days) and high-quality slate.
