Job summary

Praxent is hiring a Senior Recruiter to own US senior technical requisitions, from intake to offer, maintaining a 35-day time-to-hire. You will craft outreach that senior engineers respond to, defend channel choices with data, and collaborate with hiring managers.

You'll manage full-cycle recruiting in a fast-growing environment, using Greenhouse CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, and multi-channel strategies to attract top talent across the US.

Qualifications

• Five or more years recruiting technical roles end to end.
• Experience hiring senior and principal level engineering roles in the US.
• Ability to write outreach and candidate communications ready to send.
• Fluency with LinkedIn Recruiter and multi-channel sequencing.
• Hands-on Greenhouse experience including CRM campaigns and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own a full portfolio of US senior technical requisitions from intake through offer, maintaining time-to-hire under 35 days.
• Write outreach that senior candidates respond to and defend channel choices with data.
• Partner with Hiring Managers and provide data before requests.
• Maintain a clean ATS with Greenhouse hygiene, campaign structure, pools and reporting.
• Demonstrate data literacy by turning funnel data into actionable decisions.
