Job summary

Praxent is seeking a Senior Recruiter to own our hardest US technical requisitions and set the standard for how the team reaches the market. You will manage a full-cycle recruiting portfolio for senior and principal engineering roles, crafting outreach that gets results and maintaining high-quality candidate slates.

This remote role supports work from anywhere in the US, emphasizes data-driven decision making, and requires strong experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Greenhouse to keep talent

Qualifications

• Five or more years recruiting technical roles end to end in the US market.
• Ability to write outreach and executive updates ready to send.
• Fluency with LinkedIn Recruiter and multi-channel sequencing.

Responsibilities

• Own a full portfolio of US senior technical requisitions from intake to offer.
• Write outreach that senior engineers respond to and defend channel choices.
• Run a clean ATS with Greenhouse hygiene and campaigns.
• Provide data and updates before they are asked for.
