Job summary

Praxent is seeking a Senior Recruiter to own our hardest US technical requisitions and set the standard for market outreach. You’ll manage end-to-end recruitment from intake to offers, writing compelling outreach that engages senior engineers, and partnering with hiring managers to deliver top candidates.

You’ll run a clean Greenhouse ATS, build multi-channel campaigns, and provide data-driven updates and executive communications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of end-to-end technical recruiting in the US.
• Proven ability to craft outreach and executive updates.
• Experience hiring senior and principal engineers in a competitive market.

Responsibilities

• Own a full portfolio of US senior technical requisitions from intake to offer.
• Write outreach that senior professionals respond to.
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers and present data-driven updates.
• Maintain a clean ATS, campaigns, pools and reporting.
• Drive time-to-hire targets while preserving hiring quality.
