Praxent is seeking a Senior Recruiter to own our hardest US technical requisitions and set the standard for how this team reaches the market. Roles include AI engineers, technical directors, and delivery leaders, with a 35-day time-to-hire target and a focus on high-quality slate.

You will write outreach that senior engineers respond to, partner with Hiring Managers, and run a clean ATS with Greenhouse hygiene, campaigns, prospect pools and reporting.

Formación

• Five+ years recruiting technical roles end-to-end in the US market.
• Experience hiring senior/principal engineers.
• Ability to write outreach and updates ready to send without revision.
• Fluency with LinkedIn Recruiter and multi-channel sequencing.
• Hands-on Greenhouse experience including CRM campaigns and reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Own a full portfolio of US senior technical requisitions from intake to offer with time-to-hire under 35 days.
• Own the Outreach: select channels based on data and defend choices.
• Partner with Hiring Managers and write outreach that senior candidates respond to.
• Provide data and updates proactively before requests.
• Maintain a clean ATS and ensure Greenhouse hygiene and reporting.
