Job summary

Praxent, a remote-friendly leader in financial services software, seeks a Senior Recruiter to own US senior technical requisitions. You’ll write compelling outreach, manage full-cycle recruiting, and partner with hiring managers to drive fast, quality hires. Expect data-driven decision making and strong ATS discipline.

You’ll use LinkedIn Recruiter and Greenhouse to build candidate pipelines, delivering impact across Anthropic and Microsoft partnerships.

Qualifications

• Five or more years recruiting technical roles end to end, including senior and principal level engineering hires in the US market.
• Ability to write outreach and executive updates ready to send without revision.
• Fluency with multi-channel sequencing and knowledge of which channel earns its place.
• Hands-on Greenhouse experience with CRM campaigns, pools and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own a full portfolio of US senior technical requisitions from intake through offer, maintaining time-to-hire under 35 days.
• Own the Outreach: select channels based on data and defend the choice.
• Partner with Hiring Managers and write outreach that senior people answer.
• Run a clean ATS with Greenhouse hygiene, campaigns and reporting.
