Praxent is hiring a Senior Recruiter to own a US technical requisition portfolio and set the standard for outreach. You’ll drive full-cycle recruiting from intake to offer, crafting messages that engage senior engineers and leaders while delivering rapid time-to-hire.

You'll partner with managers, write compelling outreach, and bring actionable data to the table, using Greenhouse and multi-channel sequencing to build high-quality candidate slates for a growing practice.

Qualifications

• Five+ years recruiting technical roles end to end in the US market.
• Ability to write outreach and executive updates ready to send without revision.
• Fluency with LinkedIn Recruiter and multi-channel sequencing.
• Ability to read conversion and funnel data and defend decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own a full portfolio of US senior technical requisitions from intake through offer, with time-to-hire under 35 days and high-quality slate.
• Own the outreach strategy and channels based on performance data.
• Partner with Hiring Managers to ensure compelling outreach that senior candidates respond to.
• Write effective outreach that senior professionals answer.
• Bring data and insights proactively to the hiring process.
• Demonstrate experience hiring senior and principal technical talent in a competitive US market.
• Maintain a clean ATS with structured campaigns, pools, and reporting.
