Job summary

Praxent is seeking a Senior Recruiter to own our hardest US technical requisitions and set the standard for how this team reaches the market. The roles include forward-deployed engineering leaders and senior tech roles, driven by our Anthropic and Microsoft partnerships.

You will carry a full portfolio against a 35-day time-to-hire, write outreach that senior candidates respond to, and ensure a clean ATS with robust reporting.

Qualifications

• Five or more years recruiting technical roles end to end in the US market.
• Demonstrable ability to write outreach, candidate communications and executive updates ready to send without revision.
• Fluency with LinkedIn Recruiter, multi-channel sequencing, and choosing channels with justification.
• Hands-on Greenhouse experience including CRM campaigns, prospect pools, scorecards and reporting.
• Ability to read conversion and funnel data and defend decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own a full portfolio of US senior technical requisitions from intake to offer, keeping time-to-hire under 35 days.
• Own the outreach strategy and defend channel choices used to reach senior candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers; write outreach senior people answer.
• Provide data before requested; communicate clearly with stakeholders.
• Maintain a clean ATS, including campaign structure, pools and reporting.
