Job summary

Praxent is hiring a Senior Recruiter to own our hardest US technical requisitions and set the standard for outreach in a fast-growing practice. You will manage a full portfolio from intake to offer, write compelling outreach, and defend your channel choices with data.

You’ll partner with hiring managers, maintain a high-speed time-to-hire benchmark, and ensure clean ATS hygiene using Greenhouse. The role emphasizes end-to-end tech recruiting in the US market.

Qualifications

• Five+ years recruiting technical roles end to end in the US.
• Experience hiring senior and principal engineers.
• Proven ability to write outreach and executive updates ready to send.
• Fluency with LinkedIn Recruiter and multi-channel sequencing.
• Hands-on Greenhouse experience with CRM campaigns, pools and reporting.
• Ability to read conversion and funnel data and defend decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own a full portfolio of US senior technical requisitions from intake through offer.
• Own the outreach and write outreach that senior people answer.
• Defend channel choices with data and analytics.
• Run a clean ATS with Greenhouse hygiene, campaigns, pools and reporting.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on candidate status and progress.
