This remote role emphasizes high autonomy and data-driven hiring, with a 35-day time-to-hire target, and a strong focus on candidate experience and ATS hygiene.

Qualifications

• Five or more years recruiting technical roles end to end in the US market.
• Ability to write outreach and executive updates ready to send.
• Fluency with LinkedIn Recruiter and multi-channel sequencing.
• Experience with Greenhouse and CRM campaigns for prospect pools.

Responsibilities

• Own a full portfolio of US senior technical requisitions from intake to offer.
• Write outreach that senior candidates respond to.
• Develop and defend outreach channel strategy using data.
• Maintain clean ATS hygiene and structured campaigns.
• Provide data-driven updates to stakeholders.
