Job summary

Parasol Alliance, a technology solutions company serving the senior living industry, seeks a systems engineer to deliver Tier 3 support and drive system design for servers, virtualization, and email environments. You will solve complex issues, oversee client server management, and contribute to project tasks per client roadmaps.

The role emphasizes proactive issue resolution, strong communication, and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of systems administration experience in an enterprise environment.
• Four+ years of experience in systems design, configuration and management.
• Experience with Active Directory, Azure, Microsoft Office Suite, Windows OS, file shares, printers/copiers, phone systems, Exchange; basic network desktop hardware support.
• Proactive resolution of issues.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Tier 3 support for all client tickets.
• System design for servers, virtualization, and email environments.
• In-depth problem solving for servers and systems.
• Oversight of client server management.
• Act as engineer backup to the Engineering Manager as needed.
• Project implementation task work.
• Ticket resolution per the client SLA.
• Detailed documentation within service tickets on issue steps and resolution.
• Excellent customer service on phone and email.
