Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 8+ years enterprise systems administration experience.
• Advanced Windows Server and Active Directory/Group Policy administration.
• Experience with VMware or Hyper-V, storage, backup and recovery.
• Networking fundamentals and system hardening experience.
• Scripting in PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
• Ability to lead technical projects and coordinate across teams.
• Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. Government security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment, administration, and lifecycle management of Windows and Linux servers.
• Manage AD/GP, DNS, DHCP, certificates, and secure authentication; support Entra ID and hybrid identity.
• Maintain VMware/Hyper-V platforms; ensure high availability and disaster recovery.
• Lead patching, configuration management, and security controls for CUI environments.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity and engineering teams on incidents and audits.
• Automate deployments with PowerShell, Bash, Python, or Ansible where applicable.
