Zusammenfassung

Parasol Alliance seeks an IT/EMR Support Specialist to deliver analysis, implementation, optimization, troubleshooting, and resolution of enterprise business systems for senior living clients.

Responsibilities include break/fix tickets, project work, and training, with collaboration across PMs, BAs, and client stakeholders. Remote role with on-call rotation and strong client-service focus.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with EMR/HRIS/CRM platforms used in senior living.
• Ability to analyze and implement business system changes.
• Knowledge of vendor evaluation and solution recommendations.

Aufgaben

• Analyze and resolve client system issues across EMR/HRIS/CRM platforms.
• Support break/fix tickets, requirements analysis, and project implementations.
• Provide training and mentoring to new hires and team members.
• Collaborate with PMs, BA team and stakeholders to deliver timely outcomes.
• Maintain proactive communication and track progress in tickets/projects.
