Job summary

Parasol Alliance is a technology solutions company serving the senior living industry. The Service Desk Analyst will provide exemplary service from start to finish, following best practices and procedures, and lead in delivering precise information and quick resolutions.

The role involves Level 1 and some Level 2 support, onsite hardware/software assistance, and close coordination with clients and vendors to meet SLAs.

Qualifications

• Three years of Level 1 support in an enterprise environment required.
• Healthcare experience preferred; long-term healthcare support experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with multiple enterprise systems listed above.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 support for all client tickets.
• Provide Level 2 support as able.
• Onsite support of hardware and software.
• Coordinate with vendors to resolve tickets.
• Resolve tickets per client SLAs.
