Job summary

Parasol Alliance seeks an IT/EMR Support Specialist to analyze, implement, optimize, and troubleshoot client enterprise systems, with a focus on EMRs, HRIS, payroll, dining, scheduling, financials, and CRM platforms.

You will resolve break/fix issues, run projects, and provide training while maintaining strong client communications in a fully remote environment. This role includes participating in an on-call rotation and collaborating with PMs and BA teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• High school diploma required.
• Certifications in business systems/IT are a plus.
• Experience with EMR/HRIS/CRM in senior living is preferred.
• Foundational knowledge of Service Desk systems is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Supports break/fix tickets, implementations, optimizations, and process improvements.
• Analyzes client enterprise systems (EMR, HRIS, payroll, dining, scheduling, financials, CRM).
• Reviews vendors and recommends best-fit solutions.
• Handles projects and tickets concurrently with proactive communication.
• Provides training and mentoring as requested by management.
• Maintains professional client communications and team collaboration.
• Participates in an on-call rotation.
