Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking an experienced Level 3 Systems Engineer to resolve complex issues, design and implement solutions, and lead projects across Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud architectures.

You will mentor junior staff, manage escalations, and collaborate with clients to deliver secure, reliable IT environments. Occasional on-site work may be required in select regions within the United States.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of MSP experience.
• Hands-on Windows Server, AD, and cloud know-how.
• Strong written and verbal communication and documentation.
• Ability to own issues from diagnosis to resolution.
• Experience with migration, backups, and security best practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage Windows Server environments and AD services end-to-end.
• Support Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, and hybrid cloud setups.
• Lead complex technical escalations and root-cause analysis.
• Design and implement secure, scalable client infrastructure.
• Mentor Tier 1/2 technicians and strengthen team knowledge.
• Plan migrations, backups, and disaster recovery projects.
