Job summary

Relativity in the United States is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer - Partner to support sales activities, provide clients with Relativity expertise, and lead complex requests while mentoring junior team members.

You will drive partner engagement, prepare presentations and product demonstrations, manage Proof of Concept projects, and collaborate with account executives to tailor solutions that address business needs.

Qualifications

• Seven years of experience supporting SaaS applications, including four or more years in sales engineering.
• Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA) strongly preferred.
• Relativity Master status preferred, ability to obtain within 18 months.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Play a key role in Relativity's efforts to acquire and grow accounts through virtual and in person technical sales consulting.
• Proactive in seeking opportunities for deeper Partner engagement, including driving agendas and creating materials.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for internal and external stakeholders; participate in sales calls and product demonstrations.
• Lead Proof of Concept projects and address prospect questions and issues.
• Support RFx processes and risk assessments; craft sales proposals detailing Relativity solutions.
• Create documentation and demonstrations to educate partners on Relativity functionality and value proposition.
• Attend industry events to showcase product expertise and author content on trends and best practices.
• Develop and maintain Relativity security posture knowledge and contribute to risk assessments.
