Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer - Partner to drive technical sales consulting with partners and clients. You will lead complex requests, mentor junior engineers, and help shape our partner strategy across demonstrations, RFx processes, and risk assessments.

You will maintain Relativity expertise, develop training materials, and present at events. This role requires strong communication, travel up to 25%, and a proven SaaS sales and engineering background.

Qualifications

• Seven years of experience supporting SaaS applications, including four or more years in sales engineering, client services or consulting.
• Relativity knowledge and solution evangelism.
• Relativity Master status or RCA certification preferred, with ability to obtain within timelines.

Responsibilities

• Play a key role in acquiring and growing accounts through virtual and in-person technical sales consulting.
• Lead partner engagement, create and maintain partner-centric materials and trainings.
• Serve as SME and consultant for internal/external stakeholders; assist with or lead product demos and proofs of concept.
• Act as liaison to Relativity's partnership teams and support sales readiness programs for partners.
• Capture customer requirements and help write sales proposals addressing business needs.
• Deliver product feedback to product management and develop Relativity documentation and demonstrations for clients.
