Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer - Partner to drive technical sales engagements with partners and customers in the US. You will lead complex requests, mentor junior staff and advance RFx processes while educating partners on Relativity’s capabilities and security posture.

The role emphasizes mastering Relativity products, delivering compelling demos, and contributing to field enablement and industry events. Occasional travel is expected as part of partner programs.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Legal Data Intelligence solutions.
• Willingness to obtain RCA or pass exam within 3 months of employment.
• Seven+ years in SaaS environments, including 4+ years in sales engineering, client services or consulting.

Responsibilities

• Lead virtual and in-person technical sales consulting to acquire and grow accounts.
• Drive partner engagement by organizing meetings and creating materials for partner trainings.
• Presentations and product demonstrations; support or lead Proof of Concept projects.
• Coordinate with Partner Account Executives and partners; onboard education programs.
• Capture requirements and assist with sales proposals detailing how Relativity's solutions address business needs.
• Deliver product feedback to product management and develop education content for customers and partners.
• Act as a customer-facing Relativity evangelist; present at events and publish industry content.
• Develop expertise in Relativity security posture and Extend products.
