Job summary

Relativity in the United States seeks a Senior Sales Engineer - Partner to drive technical sales consulting, lead complex requests, and mentor junior engineers. You will manage proofs of concept, create partner-focused demonstrations, and help educate partners on Relativity's product suite and security posture.

You will deliver presentations, write sales proposals, and support RFx processes while collaborating with account executives and partners to grow key accounts.

Qualifications

• Seven years of experience supporting SaaS applications, including four or more years in sales engineering, client services or consulting.
• Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA) strongly preferred or ability to pass within 3 months.
• Relativity Master status preferred or ability to obtain within 18 months.
• Experience in Legal Data Intelligence solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support accounts through virtual and in-person technical sales consulting.
• Create and maintain partner-centric materials to support technical sales trainings.
• Lead presentations and product demonstrations; manage Proof of Concept projects.
• Collaborate with Partner Account Executives and sales teams; address prospect questions.
• Support RFx, risk assessment workflows, and write sales proposals addressing business needs.
• Deliver product feedback to product management; develop Relativity certifications and Extend Products.
• Serve as Relativity evangelist; present at events and develop industry trend content.
