Job summary

GoTo is seeking a Senior Account Executive, IT Support Products (SaaS) to drive sales across the US remote landscape. You will own a territory, manage existing customers and opportunities toward quota, and build a net-new pipeline with a dedicated BDR through structured outreach.

You’ll expand revenue through upsells and renewals while collaborating with Sales Engineering, PMs, and legal teams. Travel 1–2 partner or product events per quarter is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience in B2B SaaS
• Ability to prospect and uncover customer needs through consultative discovery
• Self-motivated with proactive communication across internal teams
• Comfortable using Salesforce and collaborating with BDR, Sales Engineering, and PM teams

Responsibilities

• Territory ownership: manage assigned territory toward quota including existing customers and opportunities
• Expansion and renewals: upsell/upgrades and protect revenue with Renewals team
• New business: build net-new pipeline with dedicated BDR through weekly strategy sessions
• Collaboration: involve Sales Eng., PMs for proofs of concept, legal/contracts, and Regional Partner Managers
• Partner selling: work with value-added resellers and strategic partners to source/close business
• Sales discipline: plan, qualify/disqualify quickly, forecast accurately, and keep Salesforce current
