Job summary

GoTo is seeking a Senior Account Executive, IT Support Products (SaaS) to own territory, grow existing accounts, and build new pipelines. You will collaborate with Sales Engineering, product, legal, and partner teams to close deals and ensure customer success.

Occasional travel for on-site meetings and partner events is expected. The role emphasizes data-driven prospecting, consultative discovery, and a proactive communication style to drive quarterly results and revenue growth across the US

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• Proven ability to prospect and uncover customer needs through consultative discovery.
• Self-motivated with clear, proactive communication across internal teams and a consistent follow-up cadence.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and working with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Territory ownership: manage assigned territory toward quota.
• Expansion and renewals: upsell/current accounts with Renewals team.
• New business: build net-new pipeline with BDR support and outbound prospecting.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineering, product, legal, and channels to close deals.
• Travel occasionally for customer on-sites and partner events.
