Job summary

GoTo is seeking a Senior Account Executive, IT Support Products (SaaS) to own a territory, manage existing customers and opportunities toward quota, and build net-new pipeline with a dedicated BDR.

You will expand and renew with upsells, collaborate with Sales Engineering, product, legal, and partner managers, and travel occasionally for on-sites and partner events as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• Proven ability to prospect and uncover customer needs.
• Self-motivated with proactive communication and follow-up cadence.

Responsibilities

• Territory ownership and quota attainment within assigned accounts.
• Expansion and renewals through upsells and partnerships.
• Build net-new pipeline with a dedicated BDR and weekly strategy sessions.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineering, PMs, legal, and partners on deals.
• Source and close business with value-added resellers and partners.
• Plan, qualify, forecast, and keep Salesforce up to date.
