Miratech is seeking a Senior Routing Engine Developer to design and build the next-generation interaction routing platform for enterprise-scale contact centers. You will craft core routing engines handling real-time voice and digital interactions across agents, queues, skills, and channels using Java, Spring Boot, and cloud-native tech.

Qualifications

• 8+ years building distributed applications with architecture ownership.
• Expert-level Java/Spring Boot, REST APIs, security, and performance engineering.
• Experience with routing logic for contact centers or CX platforms.
• Strong documentation and client-facing presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise-scale routing engines for real-time interactions.
• Implement routing algorithms using skills, priorities, capacity, and rules.
• Ensure high availability, scalability, resilience, and performance.
• Design APIs for routing configuration, admin, monitoring, and integration.
• Optimize systems for high concurrency and fault tolerance.
