Job summary

Colliers International in the United States seeks an experienced SME to oversee Workplace Office Space Fit-Out projects. The role combines on-site leadership at the NJ client site with remote collaboration across multiple locations to ensure adherence to workplace standards and finishes.

You will manage planning, programming, RFI responses, budgets, procurement, and coordination with architects, IT, Security, and vendors to deliver high-quality office environments on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in PM/Architecture/Construction/Engineering
• Tenant Improvement project management experience is critical
• Experience in fit-out, AV installations, and FFE
• Familiarity with MEP, FFE, AV, IT and Security
• Strong scheduling and cost-control capabilities
• Proficient with MS Project or other scheduling tools
• Experience with IWMS and web-based PM tools
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and lead project teams

Responsibilities

• Owner/Client interface and main contact for Owner/Client
• Lead on-site activities for Workplace Office Space Fit-Out and amenities
• Manage budget and milestone tracking, and document changes
• RFP generation, vendor interviews, bid analysis, and award recommendations
• Oversee FF&E and third-party procurement
• Coordinate IT, Security and A/V planning and integration
• Lead project meetings and maintain action item lists
• Collaborate with design teams, contractors, and owner consultants
