• Extensive experience in project management for Tenant Improvement and office fit-out projects.
• Experience coordinating with architects, interior designers, procurement, and general contractors.
• Strong scheduling, cost control and change management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Act as on-site SME for Office Space Fit-Out installations.
• Lead planning, programming, and coordination with stakeholders.
• Manage RFI processes and design documentation.
• Oversee budget, milestones, and schedule updates.
• Coordinate IT, Security, and A/V integration with architectural docs.
