Job summary

Colliers International seeks an experienced on-site lead for Workplace Office Space Fit-Out projects. Based at the client site in New Jersey, you will coordinate design, procurement, and construction activities to ensure spaces meet standards and schedule.

You will manage owner contact, RFI flow, and coordination with architects, interior designers, procurement, and contractors, while tracking budgets, milestones, and change control to deliver high-quality environments.

Qualifications

• Tenant Improvement project management experience is critical.
• Background in PM, Architecture, Construction Management, or Engineering with at least 12 years of experience.
• Seasoned SME in Office Space Fit-Out installations.
• Experience leading budgeting, scheduling, and RFP processes.
• Strong MS Office skills and familiarity with scheduling tools/IWMS.

Responsibilities

• Owner/Client interface & project design team relationship management; main point of contact for Owner/Client.
• Lead on-site activities for Workplace Office Space Fit-Out and amenity areas; ensure standards are met.
• Coordinate IT, Security, and A/V planning and integration into docs.
• Manage RFIs, approvals, and change-control through a written process.
• Lead meetings, track actions, and maintain project directories and milestones.
• Oversee budget and schedule development; document deviations for audits.
• RFP generation, interviews, and evaluation of project team and bids.
• Oversee FF&E and third-party procurement; collaborate with construction team.
