Job summary

Colliers seeks an experienced on-site leader for Workplace Office Space Fit-Out projects, coordinating planning, design, and execution at an NJ site. You will act as primary owner liaison, manage budgets, schedules, and RFI processes while guiding the project team through all phases.

The role requires 12+ years in PM, Architecture, Construction Management or Engineering, with strong MS Project, IWMS, and web-based PM tools proficiency. Remote work arrangements exist across various locations.

Qualifications

• Background in Project Management, Architecture, Construction Management or Engineering with extensive experience.
• Tenant Improvement project management experience is critical.
• Seasoned expert in fit-out, AV installations, and FFE.
• Familiar with MEP, FFE, AV, IT and Security when design and construction are required.
• Strong analytical skills for schedules, budgets, and risk.

Responsibilities

• Owner/Client interface & project design team relationship management, main point of contact for Owner/Client
• Lead on-site activities for Office Space Fit-Out and amenity areas at NJ site
• Coordinate planning, programming, and integration of IT, Security, and A/V
• Develop and track budgets, milestones, and the master schedule
• RFI management, design documents, and close-out activities
• Lead meetings, prepare agendas, minutes, and action item tracking
