Job summary

Colliers International is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead on-site Office Space Fit-Out activities for client projects, primarily NJ-based, with remote work options across locations. You will own client interfaces, coordinate IT/AV/-security planning, and guide cross-functional teams from design through closeout.

The role emphasizes tenant-improvement expertise, strong scheduling and budgeting skills, and experience with IWMS and web PM tools.

Qualifications

• Background in Project Management, Architecture, Construction Management, or Engineering with at least 12 years of experience.
• Tenant Improvement project management experience is critical.
• Experience in fit-out, audio visual installations and all aspects of FFE.
• Familiarity with MEP, FFE, AV, IT and Security in design and construction.
• Strong analytical skills for schedules, costs, and risk.
• Proficiency with client software applications; MS Outlook, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, Word, SharePoint.
• Five years' experience with MS Project or similar scheduling software.
• Proficiency with IWMS systems and web-based PM tools.

Responsibilities

• Owner/Client interface and main point of contact for Owner/Client.
• Lead on-site construction activities for Workplace Office Space Fit-Out and amenity areas (NJ-based).
• Seasoned SME in Office Space Fit-Out installations with focus on finishes.
• Lead planning and programming to integrate facilities into design and execution.
• Coordinate IT, Security and A/V planning and integration into documentation.
• Coordinate and manage RFIs with written approvals and changes.
• Lead meetings, agendas, and project directories; track action items.
• Support budget and milestone/schedule development and tracking.
