Job summary

Colliers International is seeking a seasoned Subject Matter Expert to lead Office Space Fit-Out projects on-site in New Jersey while coordinating with design and construction teams. This role focuses on architectural components, finishes, and adherence to workplace standards.

You will manage RFI processes, budgets, schedules and collaborate with owners, architects, and procurement to deliver high-quality spaces across multiple locations in a remote-working arrangement.

Qualifications

• Tenant Improvement project management experience is critical.
• Seasoned experience in fit-out, audio visual installations and all aspects of FFE.
• Familiarity with MEP, FFE, AV, IT and Security regarding when both design and construction are required.

Responsibilities

• Owner/Client interface & project design team relationship management, main point of contact for Owner/Client.
• Lead planning and programming for Workplace Office Space Fit-Out and amenity areas including architectural components.
• Lead IT, Security and A/V equipment planning, programming and integration into documentation.
• Coordinate RFIs and ensure written approval flow.
• Manage cost, change control, and engage with construction team for value-engineering or program updates.
