Job summary

Colliers International seeks an experienced on-site SME for Workplace Office Space Fit-Out and amenity areas, based in New Jersey with remote arrangement across US locations. You will lead planning, programming, and coordination with Owner/Client teams to ensure successful project execution.

The role requires a strong background in project management, architecture, and engineering, plus extensive experience in tenant improvements and AV/FFE installations.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Project Management, Architecture, Construction Management, or Engineering.
• Tenant Improvement project management experience is critical.
• Experience in fit-out, AV installations and all aspects of FFE.
• Familiarity with MEP, FFE, AV, IT and Security in design and construction phases.

Responsibilities

• Own/Client interface and lead for Owner/Client relations.
• On-site focus for Workplace Office Space Fit-Out and amenity areas.
• Lead planning and programming to include facilities operational components.
• Coordinate RFI responses with written approval flow.
• Manage cost, changes, and value engineering with the construction team.
