Job summary

Colliers is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead Office Space Fit-Out projects, coordinating with architects, IT, and vendors. The role emphasizes PM leadership, budget/schedule control, and on-site management with NJ focus, while supporting a remote-friendly, nationwide workflow.

You will drive planning, RFIs, and design/construction collaboration, ensuring adherence to workplace standards and successful project delivery across multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Background in PM/Architecture/Construction/Engineering with 12+ years of experience.
• Tenant Improvement PM experience is critical.
• Familiarity with MEP, FFE, AV, IT and Security in design/construction phases.

Responsibilities

• Interface with Owner/Client and design teams as main contact.
• Lead planning, budgeting, schedule development and tracking.
• Coordinate RFIs and ensure approvals and documentation.
• Manage FF&E procurement and vendor coordination.
• Oversee project meetings, action tracking and close-out.
• Support cost control and change management across the project life cycle.
