Job summary

Colliers International is seeking an experienced Subject Matter Expert to lead Office Space Fit-Out projects on a remote-friendly basis across multiple US locations, with on-site NJ involvement. You will manage design teams, budgets, RFIs, and procurement, ensuring alignment with workplace standards and project goals.

The role requires deep expertise in tenant improvements, AV/IT integration, MEP awareness, and strong scheduling skills.

Qualifications

• Background in Project Management, Architecture, Construction Management, or Engineering with 12+ years experience.
• Tenant Improvement project management experience is critical.
• Experience in fit-out, AV installations and all aspects of FFE.
• Familiarity with MEP, FFE, AV, IT and Security in design and construction.

Responsibilities

• Owner/Client interface & project design team relationship management; main contact.
• On-site lead for Workplace Office Space Fit-Out and amenities.
• Seasoned SME in Office Space Fit-Out installations; oversee finishes.
• Lead planning and programming to include facilities operational components.
• Coordinate IT, Security and A/V planning and integration into docs.
• Manage RFIs with written approvals.
• Support design, construction documents, and execution phases.
• Lead meetings, agendas, minutes, and action tracking.
• Oversee budget and milestone/schedule development and changes.
• RFP generation, interviews, analysis, and award recommendations.
• Oversee FF&E & 3rd party procurement processes.
• Drive cost control, change management, and value engineering.
• Coordinate with owner’s consultants and contractors.
